Intentional Facilitation is a skill in leading groups where participatns really are able to learn from themselves. It is the art of asking questions, listening to what is said and not said and bring people back to the intention of what knowledge you want o impart in the calss. This class is 6 1 hour sessions and Up to 6 CEUs. Group would meet every week for six weeks. $60 per person.

The Evidence Based Practice of Peeer Operated Service Proumers (POSP) is a program endoursed

3 hours of Peer Ethics covering our ethical standards, the National Practice Guidelines and the United Nations and the World Health Organization documents on Rights Based Treatment.

Your organization wants to hire peers, but you don't know how to start. Learn from a Peer run, Peer driven organization on how to best set up a Peer Program. You will learn the ethics, the National Practice guideline as well as the the guidance from the United Nations and the World Health Organization. Time and scope of work can be negociated. 

As the effectiveness of  peers in the work place becomes more robust, many systems of care struggle with integrating a Peer Work Force. This would be individualized for each organization. Pricing is determined by location and number of of peer staff. 2 day minimum. 

What is a professional identity and what does it mean in the Certified Peer Specialist arena?

 In this one-day workshop Mental Health, Recovery Support Peer Specialists, and Family Partners will explore what it means to have a professional identity and what it takes to value our profession and us as professionals. We will explore this question and have an opportunity to gain tools to help you develop our Peer Professional Identity. We will explore challenges and benefits and how to navigate these in the settings we work in.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

1) know where to find the National Practice Guidelines for peer supporters.

2) Realize the value of their lived experience as professional expertise.

3) Develop ownership of the profession and the responsibilities and privileges it provides.
